fight!
so history, well i was just thinking in searching lord snowdons wheelchair designs that i kind of wish history classes spouted out such random parts of history in no particular order, like:
there was a great depression in the 30s, glaxosmithklein used to be smith-kline-french, pavlovs dogs experiment came from a flood of pavlovs lab and the dogs were stressed, and stalins favorite colour was not red, it was purple.
uhm that last one is not confirmed.
but anyways, i think that random history would be a lot better than some kind of chronology of history. even by subject; i was so bored of world war or economic booms and busts, wouldnt a class in random bits of history be incredible? you'd have access to so many random thoughts you could dwell on, it would be fab! a random assortment of details would be so much more interesting than the generally accepted histories of western culture. it would shake things up a bit!
im enthused. its also likely the reason why they'd never give me tenure.
back to the books, thanks for stopping by!
